Jennifer Ollom, CYT-200

Meet Jennifer Ollom, CYT-200. Jennifer appreciates how yoga encourages individuals to slow down, listen to their bodies and minds, and, above all, practice self-kindness. She is passionate about sharing yoga with others and is always ready to answer questions regarding the practice. "Yoga is my way of spreading love and kindness in a world that often lacks it."

Jennifer was once an avid runner who discovered yoga while training for her final marathon, which allowed her to avoid injury for the first time in her running career. She favors a vinyasa style because "I love the 'dance' feel of it." Her classes are filled with upbeat music, a dash of humor, and a focus on warming the body while having a great time!

Outside of her yoga practice, Jennifer has been happily married to her soulmate for 10 years, who continually supports her passion for learning and yoga. She is a mother of four, a grandmother to two, and a dog grandmother to one. Jennifer works within the court system and has a fascination with true crime. She enjoys spending time outdoors in the woods and relaxing at the beach. "Interestingly, I have a soft spot for flamingos! But my ultimate dream is to drive the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile someday. The ketchup and mustard seats look fantastic, bringing back a 1970s childhood fascination!"

Jennifer aims to channel her love for yoga into her second home in Florida, fostering a sense of community, inclusiveness, and love inspired by The Yoga Haven. "I've finally found a place where I feel I truly belong... a space where the teaching staff genuinely believes in their students and the practice. No gimmicks—just love and kindness!"
