This closing class is a gentle blend of movement and stillness—an offering of thanks to the walls that witnessed our breath, stories, and growth. Together, we’ll honor the roots we’ve planted and the community we’ve built through soft flow, grounding meditation, and shared reflection.

Whether you’ve practiced here once or a hundred times, you’re part of this space’s legacy. Let’s close it with intention, gratitude, and love—and carry the spirit of The Yoga Haven into our next home. Class is 75 minutes long and led by Samantha Pollick, MSW, CYT-200.
