Sacred Service: A Community Class
Join us for a heart-centered, donation-based yoga class in support of the Veterans Yoga Project. This gentle, accessible practice is open to all—whether you're a veteran, a family member, or a community ally. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and honor the resilience of those who’ve served. All proceeds go directly to programs supporting veteran wellness, recovery, and connection. No experience necessary. Just bring your presence, your gratitude, and your willingness to give back.

Gratitude in Motion
Before the table fills and the day begins, we invite you to create space on the mat — hearts open, hands steady, spirits grateful. Gratitude in Motion will be the first yoga practice in our new home inside the Fremont Ballet School at 1201 Oak Harbor Road. This will be a 90-minute offering to begin Thanksgiving Day with intention and grace..... a practice of gratitude for all that’s behind us and all that’s still to come. Come bless this space as a community together — grounding in presence, rising in joy, and welcoming what’s next.

Release & Renew: Yoga Workshop
Happy New Year!!! New Year's Day is the perfect opportunity to honor the significance of the changing year. This 90-minute workshop is an invitation to reflect on the highlights, growth, and challenges of the past year and to envision the unfolding of the new year ahead. There will be opportunities to recognize what you choose to hold close and what you need to intentionally set aside or let go. Guided in a trauma-informed, student-led, accessible way through movement, meditation, and breathwork, you will explore the things that no longer serve you and reinforce your vision of the upcoming new year.

Final Flow: A Farewell Practice
As we prepare to rise into a new chapter, we gather one last time in the heart of downtown. This closing class is a gentle blend of movement and stillness—an offering of thanks to the walls that witnessed our breath, stories, and growth. Together, we’ll honor the roots we’ve planted and the community we’ve built through soft flow, grounding meditation, and shared reflection.
Whether you’ve practiced here once or a hundred times, you’re part of this space’s legacy. Let’s close it with intention, gratitude, and love—and carry the spirit of The Yoga Haven into our next home. Class is 75 minutes long and led by Samantha Pollick, MSW, CYT-200.
